About our
Pastor:
Fr. Oliver
is presently completing a doctorate degree in historical theology from Saint
Louis University and recently moved to a farm near Fertile, Minnesota, in order
to complete his dissertation and serve St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in
Fargo. He has been married to his
wife, Lorie, for eleven years, and they have three children: Micah, Macrina,
and Anastasia (“Tasha”).
Fr. Oliver enjoys learning and writing about church history and theology,
chess, eskrima (a Filipino martial art), hunting, working on air-cooled
VW’s, fencing (with swords, not barbed wire), and spending time with his
family.
